Tanzanian artist Chiba teams up with Bongo Flava superstar Marioo to officially drop their energetic new single titled “Dereva Kichaa”. Released recently in October 2026, this collaboration blends Chiba’s raw delivery with Marioo’s signature smooth melodies for a memorable street-style hit.
In “Dereva Kichaa” (meaning “Crazy Driver” in Swahili), Chiba and Marioo use the metaphor of a reckless driver to describe high-energy living, taking bold risks, and navigating love and life at full speed. Built over an upbeat Afro-Bongo rhythm, the song captures the party spirit, fast-paced street vibes, and fearless confidence.
